Fall 2010 - Fall 2012
Robocup is an international robotic soccer competition. My first year on the team, I worked with the Aldebaran Nao platform, developing movement keyframes and programming with state machines. I learned the concepts of localization, walk odometry, and gait parameters integrated into the autonomous gameplay.
In my second year on the team, I spearheaded Penn's new entry in the Robocup Teen Size league, DARwIn XOS. The robot developed was a meter tall and was one of the five teams who qualified for the international competition in Mexico City in 2012.
